For two decades, Sasha Tracy, Founder and Principal Consultant of Groundswell Consulting, has collaborated with individual leaders, nonprofit organizations, foundations, businesses, and community groups, from her hometown in New Hampshire, to the Bateyes of the Dominican Republic.
Guided by the belief that starting from the ground up, listening deeply to those around us, using insights to inform strategy, and holding ourselves accountable can lead to transformational change, Sasha built Groundswell to serve the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors.
While Groundswell serves clients across a range of sectors, Sasha has a particular passion for conservation, education, and women’s health.
In her personal time, Sasha enjoys running long distances, riding waves, embracing spontaneous days, diving into a great spreadsheet, and savoring books she can hold. She is always open to new adventures and experiences.
