White Pine Programs

White Pine Programs is a nonprofit educational organization in the Mount Agamenticus region of Southern Maine, providing opportunities for youth and adults to engage with nature, as well as acting as a regional center for naturalist studies with particular focus bird language and wildlife tracking. While working with White Pine Programs, Groundswell conducted audits of internal and external stakeholders to create a more informed strategic planning process, then led the staff and board through that year-long strategic planning process in order to guide and facilitate institutional growth over the next three to five years.
