The Coos Symposium, a signature program of the Neil and Louise Tillotson Fund, is designed to enhance the network of individuals and communities working to build vitality in the Coos region. In the role of Project Manager, Groundswell Consulting coordinated and facilitated the Symposium's specific goals to:

+ Deepen understanding of forces shaping the region and potential levers for change
